ADDICTION, RECOVERY, AND SOBRIETY

Addition and recovery life coaching is a form of strength-based behavioral health support for someone who has a substance use disorder or is in recovery. It’s a way to change a person’s life by altering their thought process. With this specialty, I can help an addict to make better life decisions and spend less time struggling. I can assist in many different facets of recovery, such as detox, harm reduction, addiction treatment, and gaining the support of family members and loved ones. With this coaching style, I act as a guide to staying sober and on the right path by implementing new decision-making skills.

RELATIONSHIPS
AND INTIMACY

As a relationship coach, I supports individuals and couples in learning vital skills for relating, especially in marriages and romantic partnerships. I will teach you to develop conflict resolution skills and offer tools to deepen intimacy and pleasure. As an intimacy coach, I help people feel safer, closer and more connected to their lover or partner. Tackling issues around physical and emotional intimacy as well as vulnerability, I teach my clients a sense of safety they may have never learned. This style of coaching can allow you to heal or shift sexual challenges, address stored shame or trauma, break old habits, try new techniques, increase the intimacy you share, and reinvigorate your sex life.

TRAUMA, LOSS, AND GRIEF

As a trauma, loss, and/or grief coach, I will support you through your bereavement and work with you to develop a plan to help you in your recovery. I will act as an anchor whenever things get too unbearable for you when grieving and I will empathetically guide you through your pain and suffering. I am also here to answer any questions about grief that you may have. This style of coaching can help clients accept the changes in their life as a result of a tragedy. I can also talk you through envisioning a prosperous future without your loved one, understanding specific challenges that have developed due to grief, and how to overcome those challenges. Furthermore, I teach clients how to gain control of their current and future goals and find ways to act on them.
